NORTH HOLLYWOOD—The critically acclaimed music duo Aly & AJ announced the release of their newest single “Fuck” on Spotify, Apple Music, and Soundcloud today. “Given the resounding support we received after re-releasing ‘Potential Breakup Song (Explicit),’ we felt it was only right to continue creating music that our fan base could really identify with during this time,” Aly explained, gesturing to the television coverage of the nationwide COVID-19 surge and the siege of the United States Capitol this past week. “For instance, the chorus, ‘We are so fucked! Oh my fucking god what the fuck are we going to do? FUCK! This shit is soooooo fucked!’ really exemplifies the millennial condition.
