Op-Ed: Whatever, Just Give Up and Fucking Die Then, I Guess

For more than 50 years, I have led our nation’s research into infectious diseases from HIV & AIDS to Ebola and advised every president since Ronald Reagan. I have seen Americans come together and weather the most difficult public health crises, growing more resilient after every challenge. I have come to believe that there is no virus we cannot conquer, except for the novel coronavirus, which you imbeciles have dragged on for nearly a year now through your refusal to do the bare minimum to combat it.

When you look through a microscope, you can see amazing things invisible to the naked eye. You can see the tiniest molecules and life forms, but I am certain your brains would not be visible even through a microscope because they are so tiny. You people couldn’t even stay home and watch Netflix for two weeks, when we finally decided to let you out over the summer you couldn’t wear a mask and stay six feet apart, and when I warned you not to travel for the holidays because it would likely cause a deadly surge in the virus, you didn’t listen. You people literally do the exact opposite of everything I tell you, and then are shocked when I’m right about the consequences. It is truly remarkable and something I have never seen in my five-decade career.

Even after all of that, we still went out and got you not one, not two, but three vaccines with more on the way. And now a lot of you are refusing to take them, but you still complain you want everything to go back to normal. What kind of cognitive dissonance is that?

Based on the available evidence, my medical opinion is that you are all incredibly stupid morons, and I’m done trying with you people, so just give up and fucking die, I guess, because that’s clearly what you all want to do. Next time some deadly respiratory virus comes along and ravages our country, don’t come crying to me.
